I had a great stay at the villa. the hosts were friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything upon my arrival. the accommodation itself was well-equipped and comfortable, providing everything I needed for my stay. It was the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, and despite being on a busy road, I experienced no noise issues in the evenings. the location was convenient, with a short drive or pleasant walk into the nearby town of Rye. the bed in the villa was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like a fridge, tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits to start off my holiday. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all! 😊.

Woodies in Peasmarsh gave us great value for money with a comfortable bed, hot shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic, just a short drive away from the beautiful Camber beach. The owner, John, was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only improvement I would suggest is to add more variety to the morning meal.

The hosts were really friendly and made me feel welcome, even though I arrived late. They provided clear instructions for late check-in and were accommodating with my meal plans. The room was functional and well-equipped, with milk, tea, coffee, and sugar provided. The hot shower was a delight, and I had a comfortable sleep. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and the accommodation was competitively priced.
Finding the place was a bit tricky, as the sign was easily missed from the fast road. Parking was tight when all spaces were in use, and the premises didn't have the best kerb appeal.

Wow, what an amazing stay! The lodge had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed with memory foam mattress. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We loved the peaceful and scenic surroundings, especially the beautiful pond just a few steps away. And the location was perfect, with a bus stop to a nearby town just around the corner and easy access to stunning beaches. The extra touches like tea, coffee, biscuits, and milk upon arrival were much appreciated too. Can't wait to come back!
To be honest, I struggled to find any faults during our stay. The only minor issue was the limited parking, with only one space per lodge.

The location was fabulous, offering a peaceful and tranquil environment. The secluded garden was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature, with a beautiful pond full of fish adding to the serenity. The hosts were charming and helpful, providing goodies for us to enjoy during our stay.
The lodge was in need of refurbishment, although the owners assured us that this was in progress. The nearby pub could be quite loud, especially on Saturday nights, although it did quiet down by midnight.
